Lunio Settings Overview

Admins can access the settings by selecting the small 'cog' button at the bottom of the left hand menu. 

It's within settings where you can manage your users, tracking codes, platforms and other general account management.

Account Settings - This is where you can change your company title, industry and default currency. 

Users - This is where you can add or amend users on your platform, using the icons shown, you can see notes about the user, edit their information changing their role and password or delete the user. Though, if you delete a user, it will remove all of their data and this user cannot be recovered once deleted.

Tracking Codes - Within this section you can integrate Google Ads Tracking across your Google Ads Accounts. Find out more on how to do this HERE.

Additionally, for accurate conversion tracking, you can input the Website Script tracking code, you will be able to add this to a tag manager like Google Tag Manager. 

Finally, this section shows the Block on Conversion, for businesses that are more likely to collect information as a conversion, you can integrate a block on conversion script to stop the customer clicking through the advert more than once after they've already converted. Platforms - This will show you what multiplatform protection you have set up with Lunio. You can find out more about Multiplatform HERE.

Subscriptions - Provides access to obtain any previous invoices and what subscription plan your account is on, additionally provides a quick link to the sales team to discuss any upgrades such as Multiplatform.

Reporting - This allows you to set up if/when you would like to see some reporting of your account data and health, you may choose daily, weekly or monthly reporting and can add multiple recipients to these reports. 

IP Allow List - This page contains a list of any IP addresses that have automatically been added to your allow list (whitelisted) by Lunio. You are also able to manually add any IPs to this allow list. Clicks from these IPs will never be blocked for any reason, unless you remove them from the allow list. 

Tokens - This is the section where you can remove and add tokens to connect your Google Ads accounts to your PPC Protect account. Should you ever encounter an issue with data not appearing, it is best practice to remove this token and re-add. You can find out more on troubleshooting and how to do this HERE. 

Lunio Labs - Lunio Labs is an early access list, where you can test out any new Lunio features before anyone else. Users in our Labs program get exclusive beta access to major new feature releases before they go live and help shape our future product development.
